Was looking for dual wine and beverage cooler that would fit under my counter. It was tricky finding the right size to fit in pace of an under counter cabinet we removed to create fridge space. So far very quiet, fits a lot of bottles/cans, and maintaining temp. I hope it holds up for the price – seems like some coolers have short lifetimes per other reviews. Only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars was although tightly packaged, unit arrived w dented kick plate – I emailed company and they shipped a brand new one very quickly – infortunatley it was the wrong plate/did not fit. My contractor was able to reshape the original damaged one and it looks fine/not really noticeable.

This is a great fridge for the price point. It’s worth the extra money vs the other standard fridges out there. It’s definitely quiet. Yes it makes noise but what fridge doesn’t? It’s quiet. The glass shelves is what sold me. No other product out there at this price point offers these, they are all wire shelves where the drinks will fall over. We added the spring-loaded drink organizers and it’s fantastic! Last point are the LEDs. Love the option that they can stay off and only turn on when the door is opened. Looks great and really rounds out the look of our media room!

Since I need to reverse the door to left hand opening. But the screws of door bottom swing are locked with the plate due to the manufacturer improperly installing, couldn’t be unscrewed smoothly,so the screw was broken at the end, also the plastic 3 plugs of door upside swing screws holes are all missing. I tried to cheat with the production support online many times and requested the missing parts . But so far I haven’t received any parts from them. I contacted to the production support online again, they suggested that they can send me a new whole machine and I can pick the missing parts from the new machine and return the rest part. How can I carry such a big box and go to UPS to return it? It will cost a lot more from them and give me a lot more trouble this way other than just send me the missing parts. I have plugged in, it looks cool with low noise, but the quality seems to be not that great. And the service is ridicules.

Purchased the Zephyr Brisas beverage cooler to replace an old wine cooler that failed. The adjustable shelves and dual temperature controls are very nice features that allow us to store wine on one side and other beverages on other side of the unit. Nice appearance. There are dual fans on the unit run about every 30 seconds to circulate air. One of the fans had a buzzing / humming sound though not very loud was at a pitch that was annoying because it cycled on and off so frequently. I contacted Zephyr customer support and they arranged a service call with a local appliance repair company. Service technician arrived with a replacement fan and the noise was eliminated with new fan. Tech speculated the blades may have been out of balance. Very pleased with Zephyr customer service responsiveness.

Starting with the good. Shelves seem to fit wine bottles better than our previous unit did. Blue interior lights look sharp. True to measurements so just fit in our space. Now the bad. The unit came showing a code of “E6” on one of the temperature displays. When I searched it on-line, it showed a relatively serious (non-user fixable) issue. It seems to be not uncommon judging from the number of posts. I called the company and they verified the problem. They will not replace the unit but rather they send replacement parts to me and then send someone to do the repair once I get the parts. Not the hassle I expected when I purchased the unit. Not happy to have to wait before we can use it either. Disappointing experience.
