   The wine frig is fine. Works as advertised. However, I searched for a frig with the same dimensions as the one I was replacing and this one was finally the closest. However, when it came, It was 2 inches shorter (not a huge deal), but it was 5″ narrower, and 3″ shallower so the description on idealwinecoolers.com was VERY misleading. I sent a message to the manufacturer and they said “oh yeah, we’ll let the warehouse know” UGH. Anyway, I am getting used to it but was NOT as I expected. Very disappointing.

   This is a very compact good looking unit. Capacity is impressive, temperature control is very precise. Little bit tricky to fit champagne and larger bottles, but still hold 24 plus. Shipping packaging was flimsy and when it arrived I was worried about damage, but it is not scratched and works fine. One of the plastic screw on levelling feet had been crushed, so I would appreciate receiving a new foot as I am currently using a shim. Very pleased so far, nice and quiet but does make an occasional funny gurgling sound

   I wanted a Wine Fridge with a compressor, so it would last longer. I was surprised how quiet it was and my energy bill is no higher than normal. I was concerned during the first few days about the Temperature Control as is varied by about 4 degrees, but since then it only varies by 1 degree of where I set it at and I can live with that. I have mine set at 55.

   There are only two minor issues I’ve noted regarding this purchase. The shelves don’t pull out as smoothly as I’d like and the interior lights look cool but are attached to the door & not the interior so you can see/read the wine labels clearly. That said, I would recommend this wine fridge to future or potential buyers. It’s whisper quiet, small & discrete while still holding 24+ bottles including a few champagne bottles in the bottom.

   Buying this seems like a good idea. The cooler came only partially assembled. When contacting the company – they refuse to respond to actual questions. Unlike any other wine cooler, the back isn’t fully assembled like others projecting the internal areas. Rather, they “claim” it is for cooling yet it will become a dust magnet and the water tray has to be emptied apparently often. Definitely look further – I bought because it’s a wine enthusiast cooler suggesting it has credibility – I do not recommend and would avoid.

   I read many reviews on the various models. I also talked with friends in the community who have Wine Enthusiast refrigerators and coolers. I thought I would find the exposed labels useful. It was also recommended by a neighbor.

   My VinoView 28-Bottle arrived when it was supposed to and had absolutely no damage. I had some concern because it spent 2 days in shipment upside down. However, It has been running perfectly and maintaining the set temperature. I have nothing to complain about.

   The lights look really cool. The labels are viewable. It fits nicely in our kitchen and does not make any obnoxious noises. it just sits there and keeps my wine cool. That’s what I paid for.

   It has been 3 years since my purchase. I have had no problems. Hope it cruises along another 3 years!

   I purchased the wine cellar to control the temperature and humidity for a couple cases of wine, to replace the wooden rack that held 12 bottles on the kitchen counter and provided the same temperature & humidity as the kitchen. The cellar will hold 28 standard-size bottles–Wine Enthusiast was up-front in warning that “fat” bottles will reduce capacity. I keep mostly reds, mostly standard 750ml bottles, so I’m okay with that. The shelves slide in and out nicely, and can be removed, but they are not adjustable. The temperature is easy to set or change. I set mine for 60 degrees; the digital temperature display shows that it fluctuates between 59 and 61, which is perfect for my reds. It’s quiet! No gurgling. I really like the glass door and the lighting that surrounds the door to illuminate the wine bottles.
