   Great look and build. Replaced my 10-year old wine fridge. I was looking for the dual zone option and after a week, both the top and bottom sections are holding temperature just as promised. Great value.

   First off, putting the handles on the doors was aggravatingly difficult. Slipping the screw behind the door gasketing and shoving the screw through a hole that didn’t exactly ‘line up’ took a bit longer than expected.
   We let it sit for a day to settle any freon, then plugged it in.
   I figured it would be a bit loud, but it seemed to be almost just ‘too loud’ for us.
   The compressor running was OK but some solenoid or contact was clicking and making quite the racket every few minutes. I waited another day like that then decided to look closer.
   Everything seemed good around the compressor area so I thought I’d check level. It was way off level even though the floor is good. I spent a few minutes leveling it, slid it back as close to the wall as possible, checked level again and it seems to be running quieter.
   We’re happy with it, it seems to run a couple degrees warmer than the setting but it’s close enough. Maybe if I put a little sound dampening thing behind it some day or find a cabinet to fit around it someday it would run even quieter, but for now it’s doing good.
   One thing, it does seem to cycle on/off quite a lot even though it’s over 1/2 full with bottles, maybe every 2 or 3 minutes.

   Fully stocked! Its slim design works great. Only downside is how it doesn’t fit anything other than ordinary wine and sparkling bottles. Be aware, yes, it is loud to start, but 24 hours later once the set temperatures are met it has a gentle low hum.

   Update for 11/15/2024: This unit started to have trouble yesterday with a relay component going bad almost exactly 11 months after purchase. Because the part(s) are out of stock, they are completely honoring the warranty and sending us a new unit. Kudos to Wine Enthusiast who stand by their product! Original Review: Bought this for my wife who appreciates good wine. We’ve never owned something like this before, and for a Christmas gift, I did a lot of researching. Since opening her gift yesterday, it seems to be functioning quite well. The three wines I bought from the Italian winery we visited this past summer look great on the bottom. It does make a little noise when the compressor runs, but it truly is not bothersome to us at all. Like another reviewer posted, you will tend to not even notice it after a short amount of time has passed. The unit was packaged very well, and it stood upright after receiving it in our home for over a week. So turning it on after that amount of time had no issues involved. Just hoping for a good long time of use!

   I believe for the money this cooler is spot on. Love it for its size and the fact that it has duel zone cooling. It looks good standing alone although one could build it into a cabinet. The temp range does vary 3-4 degrees however I suspect it has to do with cycling on and off. The chrome racks hold the wine and can be rolled out easily to view what you have available. For the money it seems well built. Very quiet! Highly recommend this beverage cooler especially for wine.

   Everyone’s idea of quiet is clearly different. I bought this product in April of 2024 and almost immediately after purchasing, I noticed this constant “zapping” noise that occurs every 2-5 minutes. Additionally, I guess the compressor constantly restarts so it just runs loudly like 75% of the time. I reached out to the merchant about this issue who swiftly gave me their technical department’s number. I reach out to them and explain my issue and all they recommended was that I clean the coils and have a technician come in to fix it. Please keep in mind, I haven’t even had this wine fridge for a year. And unfortunately, the responsibility is on me as the merchant isn’t taking accountability for a faulty product. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone and believe there are better wine fridges in the market. Please save yourself the disruption of peace and underwhelming customer service.

   I selected this because I needed a black wine refrigerator with dual zone. This unit is a great complement to our kitchen. At first I thought it was a little noisy but it dawned on me… metal shelves vibrating when the compressor comes on. Once filled with wine, very little noise! The bottom area has a semi vertical storage area where one can place an opened but unfinished bottle. Maintains temperature very well but it does cycle very frequently – thus the 4 stars. Cycling is lessened when full but it does come on about every 2 to 3 minutes and run for almost 2 minutes. Makes me worry about the longevity of the unit with such frequent cycling.
