Still have not installed this fridge, as we wait for our cabinet maker to complete our kitchen, but it seems like a good product. One issue I noticed was the wine shelves always hit the rubber seal on the door when you pull them out. Seems like a poor quality control issue. I will have to take the wooden handles off and cut 1/4″ off the end to make sure they clear the door.
I will update when we get it installed and running!

Does a great job keeping the dual zones refrigerated at a fairly wide variety of temperatures. Whites nice and cold, reds at the perfect serving temperature. Fits perfectly in the space in my kitchen as well as perfectly matches the decor…it really does look exactly like the picture…I always get worried about that. The compressor is a little too loud for my liking though. I also had a terrible time actually getting it delivered, as it seems to have gotten lost in the process and they had to ship another one. However, idealwinecoolers.com provided great customer service during that time.

This is the centerpiece of our newly remodeled kitchen. It is functionally great, dual temperature zones work great. I have seen some complaints of the noise but it gives off less noise than my new expensive refrigerator so I am not sure why this would be noted. The only problem I have is we can never keep it full!

No longer cooling after 2 years 2 weeks. 81F overnight, and stayed that way even though set to 55F.
Even when new, the “dual zone” was utterly useless because the single door design did not isolate top and bottom sections. The wood-front racks looked nice, were mere wire frames that were difficult to slide, not rollers. Looked nice though.

First off I’ll say that for the price, this is by far a five star product. Setting the price aside and being a little bit more needy, this is close but after only 2 weeks of use, I’ll conservatively give it four stars for now. The shelving is very nice to start, it fits our new looking kitchen very well and in fact has become a focal point. We store most of our wines in a makeshift cellar but keep this chiller stocked for about 2 weeks worth of line up. This fits perfectly into a cabinet space and is not oversized like a 24″ unit. I think 2 15″ in units are a better idea than going with a single 24″ (width) The dual zone was an added bonus for us to differentiate slightly on how chilled we wanted our wines, I like mine nearly frosty (high 40s) and my partner likes his warmer (high 50s) so this was almost the exact solution. The pick I had was the touch panel. It’s not very intuitive but you can figure it our fairly quickly. The noise level isn’t silent either but was not anything close to loud. it’s quite a bargain for all that it offers. We’ll see in a few months if it’s an upgrade to another star
