   We didn’t get the red one, ours arrived in the black version six weeks after we purchased it. I like the size, it has the right dimensions (width x depth x length) to fit in our liquor pantry. It is quiet, but the wine only chills to 50 degrees. Nonetheless, our rep Kate, has given us outstanding customer service.

   Instruction manual entirely in Chinese. Temperature control is in centigrade and I only know Fahrenheit. Took 4 1/2 months to deliver. No I do not recommend. I’ve also been waiting 24 hours for it to cool and that has not happened yet. Maybe it’s because I don’t know centigrade or read Chinese!

   Did not know it would not have English information with the product and that it was never stated that the product would be from another country. Plugged it in and it is cooling wine but I do not know what setting it should be set on because it does not match anything from my previous wine cooler made n US.

   Possibly the worst experience I have had since being a loyal idealwinecoolers.com customer. When I tried to return these two wine coolers, I was given the run around by both idealwinecoolers.com and the seller. The seller probably the worst one I have ever encountered. They refused to give a refund, unless I paid the $150 shipping cost, which I refused to do. So I was forced to keep the items I did not want. Now the wine cooler does not work, it does not cool at all. It never worked. I feel that sellers like these should not be associated with idealwinecoolers.com.
