   Not all 750ml wine bottles are the same size. It takes some finagling to get 3 across & be able to open the wine racks beneath each other. I have friends who have much higher levels of wine fridges & have the same issues. I cannot get champagne or Prosecco bottles in here, they just don’t fit. For these reasons, I feel this item is a bit overpriced.

   I was so upset when my last wine fridge was busted by movers in my home. In hindsight, I’m glad it happened because otherwise I would have never needed to buy a new one and never got to experience how cool this one is. I thought my last one was nice until I got this, it is a definite upgrade and I’m so happy with the look of it and its performance. The temp is adjustable, perfect for cooling both white and red wines simultaneously with a dual cooling system with temps ranging from 41°F- 64°F. All of this can be selected on the sensor touch panel, as well as turning on and off the led lighting for inside. The lighting gives it a fun and modern look. This wine cooler holds up to 18 bottles of wine with no problem. The shelves that house the bottle slides in and out very smoothly for ease of access. Another feature that is nice is that it has a lock on the front door. I think this is nice for keeping your favorite wines in safe keeping. This wine fridge runs so quietly you would never know it was on if it weren’t for the lights glowing on it! I am so impressed and overly happy with this wine fridge. It’s a great addition, highly recommend!

   This was a warehouse purchase. I originally posted a good review, however, after one day of use it quit working and I contacted the manufacturer per idealwinecoolers.com request – I was told they would send me a replacement. After my initial application, they would not respond to me. The wine cooler came in a box professionally packaged, with its warranty card, which I activated the day I purchased it. Because of wasting time and jumping through some hoops to formalize the return ( which is really annoying and should be a necessary) I am changing my rating to one star. Depending how this plays out, I may file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General‘s office

   I don’t have a decibel meter and have a very quiet house, but this is notably louder than any standard refrigerator… not terrible, but noticeable. It does a very nice job of chilling the wine and access is easy.

   I got this for my husband and surprised him with it, getting it down to the basement and unpacked so he could discover it. He was beyond thrilled!! He’s a wine connoisseur and he has a wine rack but no chiller. I don’t like wine bottles taking up space in our refrigerator so he always had to remember to throw one in there right before he wanted to drink it. Now he can keep them chilled and ready whenever he wants. The best part is that it has two compartments, one for red and one for white, because they’re at their best at two different temperatures. This chiller doesn’t take up a lot of space yet holds several bottles. It also doesn’t make any noise and it has a locking feature in case you need to keep kids out.
