    I have been looking for a dual temp wine fridge for a few years now and was thrilled to find this one. It is a perfect size (2 cases), really easy to set up, whisper quiet (I do not know why people complain about the noise because it doesn’t make any), and a very compact size that can fit in most homes. For the price I don’t think you can beat it. I highly recommend.

    Purchased this product in November of 2021, by November of 2024 it is dead, no power, no lights, nothing. I have power going in, but nothing coming out! Contacted Koolatron, they said basically, sorry about your luck, the warranty has expired. Try contacting a service agent to fix it. That costs almost as much as a new one. 3 years is a very short time for a product like this. Don’t waste your money….

    This unit fit the space, looks great, and works great. Some reviews complain about the noise, but this is whisper quiet. Dual temperature controls brought each zone to proper temperature in minutes. Standard bottles fit securely, and there is enough room for longer Riesling bottles. Bigger bottles might be a squeeze. The wire racks are basic but sturdy. The condition of the box when it arrived gave me some concerns about the condition of the unit, but other than a minor blemish on the door, it was in excellent condition. I thought about sending it back, but I weighed the amount of hassle and expense against the annoyance of the minor blemish and decided it wasn’t worth the effort. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and it gives us confidence that we are finally storing our wine properly.

    I’ve been using this wine cooler for several months now and it’s working as expected. I use the dual temp zones for red wine and to keep white wine/cocktail cans cooler. I keep it in the garage and can’t hear it unless in the garage. Highly recommend especially given the reasonable price.

    The only reason I didn’t give it zero stars is because it wouldn’t allow me to. The wine cooler arrived damaged. The door is cracked on the right-hand side. idealwinecoolers.com advised me to contact the manufacturer for a replacement part or return. Koolatron responded that they could not assist me until 30 days has passed. I contacted idealwinecoolers.com a second time, and they initiated a return. I explained that this item would not fit in my car, nor do I have a set of hand trucks. Therefore I can’t take it to the UPS Store. I was assured that if I called UPS, they would pick it up. UPS stated that I must bring it to the store. Buyer beware – if this arrives damaged you may just be stuck with it.

    First wine cooler I’ve ever purchased so wanted to start with something mid-price like this. The design is very sleek and it’s not overly bright, the interior light can be turned off. Although the marketing describes it as quiet it is not so – by my standards anyway. I had to move it from the dining room to the basement rec room because of the humming noise. Otherwise, I’d recommend it as first time wine cooler.
