Cooler looks nice with good features but the temperature controls are very inaccurate. I have one side set to 64 degrees for my red wine but it stays at 54 degrees. Disappointed customer. I’ll be checking for warranty support.

Was a good unit while it worked. I purchased this to replace a old heier wine fridge that lasted about 10 years. This one only made it 7 months and change.
Looked up the warranty and it’s 90 days! Wow. Junk.

So after it one of the two compartments stopped working after 7 months (previous comments) we are now at month 13 and it is making a grinding noise. Absolute piece of junk. At this point it’s basically just a noisey end table storage unit.

This cooler replaces a similar 7 year old Frigidaire dual zone wine cooler, which one day simply stopped working. idealwinecoolers.com’s description for this item was “used” and “the packaging was damaged”. idealwinecoolers.com’s price for this used item was 65% of the price of a new unit. idealwinecoolers.com’s description did not mention any cosmetic damage to the cooler. The packaging heavily damaged. Although the front and rear of the unit was pristine both sides of the unit had multiple dents. Since I am using this in a closet the cosmetic damage was not that concerning but it is to damaged to have it out where it would be seen. I would have rated this 4 stars but I deducted 1 star because idealwinecoolers.com’s description did not mention any cosmetic damage to the unit itself. I purchase many “used” items from idealwinecoolers.com and idealwinecoolers.com’s descriptions are generally more accurate than the description for this unit. After a month of use I am satisfied with the operation of this unit.
