This product had the best reviews from what I looked at. It’s beautiful and duel zone but it arrived broken in various areas. There’s no return option and when I try to speak to a representative the line hangs up on me. Would love to get this issue resolved.
The electrical shelf is crooked by over an inch on one side with internal screws and visibly broken. The display panel has broken screws and wiggles loose completely off revealing wires that are also broken. The packaging and the outside of the fridge are in perfect condition but the inside looks like it was manufactured incorrectly.

I called them up and they told me to hold the lock sign down for 5 seconds and then to change the temp before pressing lock again. Then I set it at 55F and all the areas were going 56F except the top level was 61F. 56F made the main go to 58F which is perhaps slightly too high for long-term aging. One can put quicker drinking bottles on the top level, where a bottle can fit sideways on the front metal piece neck facing right. With that, I have placed 51 bottles exactly, and about 10-12 of those are bigger sized. The trick is to put bottles all the way in the back with necks facing FORWARD and then bottles in the front with necks facing BACKWARD. That is why this unit is DEEP and holds so much more. And the other nice thing is that this is so quiet! Three weeks so far.

There is no indication on idealwinecoolers.com site that this product is shipped from the United States and I got hit by 173$cdn of extra fees for tax and duties.
Shelves falls down when pulled out enough to select a bottle and all the other bottles falls down…..
Not sure that the inside temperature is reaching the reading on the display as top and bottom bottles seems be same temperature which is not normal.

I was very up set right off the bat – i paid for this wine cooler that comes with a $100 wine coupon on the Canadian site and the first thing when I get it is that the wine coupon is NO GOOD in Canada. to me this is false advertising – they is more based around the wine coupon and cooler so why RIP ME OFF. A lot the is wine coolers do this so just to to a store near you because they will give you a coupon that is good. I guess it is watch what your buying on line.

Very nice little wine cooler. This is the second one I’ve purchased and the other one has been going strong for over a year now. Both are very very quiet and I have to put my hand on them to see if they are running. I’ve read some negative comments on the noise but I find both of the ones I’ve received as extremely quiet. As some have said in past posts, the temperature display is a bit bright. It’s not like looking into the sun but it could be turned down a bit. Where I have mind located the brightness doesn’t bother me at all. I have the 28 bottle and the 51 bottle coolers from Ivation. Super value for the money I think.

We had to return the item because the temperature control was not working . We called the manufacturer,in hopes that they can help , followed their instructions but it did not help . Their suggestion was to return it . Also the manufacturer said that it should not be used under the counter – that should be put in the description as well .
