Arrived damaged but because it was going into an under counter area it wouldn’t be noticed. Took pictures of damaged area and kept it. Plugged it in 24+ hours after delivery as suggested and allowed it to cool. Worked great for a few days then the left side fan started to make loud noises and then it stopped altogether. The right side stayed working but it is struggling. Contacted idealwinecoolers.com for a return and they are marvelous. Should be picked up today. I will purchase this item again after my refund is returned to my bank account
Very stylish, lovely interior lights. Shelves easy to remove and place elsewhere. Once I get a good one instead of a faulty one I will be happy

This is a high end fridge / chiller and perfect for either built in or standalone mounting. The wooden trays are high quality as would be found is high end appliances. In addition I had a small issue and the rep followed up daily with an over the top solution after the warranty. Great company!

Not cooling very well on screened in patio. Customer service is very slow. They only respond with one email a day. I have sent videos numerous times. Still have not gotten a solution after 3 weeks of emailing. I would look elsewhere. If they make this right I will update.

After a lot of emails euhomy made it right and sent me a new refrigerator. Hopefully we have better luck with one. I will give them 4 stars for standing behind their product and making this right.
