We had to replace our old wine fridge and chose Ca’Lefort 15 Inch Wine 33 bottle Fridge. We really like the fridge and Ca’Lefort’s customer service is wonderful! The fridge was well packaged, but it looks like the box took a hard hit in shipping which cut into the the corner of the box and dinged the back corner of the fridge. The fridge works beautifully, but we were more worried about any damage that was not immediately apparent. The damage itself was not a big deal because it was in the back under the counter. We contacted the seller with our pics to see if they would extend the warranty. They were very responsive and they doubled the warranty and gave us a 10% credit due to the damage, which was beyond what we asked for. I don’t normally give reviews, but we were so impressed with both the product and the customer service that we felt we needed to.

Beautiful wine cooler. FIts perfectly under cabinet space (former trash compactor, then wine cooler that died).
