I bought the wine cooler a while back and was truly enjoying using it. It is quiet and keeps the wine at just the right temperature. Unfortunately, we had a few severe storms roll through our area and the power was knocked out. My cooler would not turn back on, so I contacted the customer service from Bodega.
They were very helpful, sending emails and videos to troubleshoot the problem. They eventually decided that a new part needed to be sent to correct the problem. So that is what they did.
I am looking forward to enjoying some nice Pinots in the near future.

I initially had a problem with the unit ceasing to work but the customer support allowed me to get everything repaired and back to functioning well. The refrigerator itself is perfect for us to keep chilled wines and also serves as a storage unit for our champagne bottles that are too large for our regular wine storage until. They really worked hard to make sure I was a happy in the end and they were successful!

Item was working great when I purchased in Oct 23 but stopped working here recently. Has not even been 2 years yet. Just would think that the life expectancy would last a little longer than this. Working with customer service to hopefully get a replacement panel board.
