Unit arrived on time and in good condition. The unit would not cool, and would actually get warmer when the condenser kicked on which would lead me to assume it did not have freon added. I gave it three stars since the delivery was done timely, though the return process is very lengthy. It will take up to 2 weeks to get your refund.
