After 8 months of good operation, the lower inside cooling fan became very noisy. We contacted the Rowan Electric Appliance Company, and they checked with their technical support. It’s a pretty looking little wine fridge, and the first time I used it, it cooled down the wine fairly quickly. Also, unlike some of the reviewers’ comments, I did not find it noisy. My problem is that it is difficult to store 28 bottles unless some of then are either half bottles or small-diameter bottles. After trying various combinations, I managed to get in 25 bottles. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars.

The unit was very well packaged, arriving via UPS with no damage. Having taken out an old garbage compactor, it filled the 15inch lower cabinet opening perfectly. We already had a rear floor 110v outlet so installation was a breeze. Unit is quiet and maintains the desired temps. Shelves are well made with sturdy glides. Very happy with the purchase. Btw, the attached pic is a bit distorted due to the close up wide angle.

We replaced an old one that died. This fit our tight under counter space perfectly, looks beautiful, seems very well made, is quiet. Only one caveat: this model has two temp zones. Top zone has a low temp of 42; bottom zone a low of 54. The company makes a model where both zones go down to 42. Had I known, I’d have looked for that model, for my particular wine preferences.
