I purchased this wine cooler in August 2017. It looks nice and has the right capacity, and fits in the under-the-counter space in my kitchen. However, in January 2020, after 2.5 years of use, the cooler stopped working. All the lights are on the display panel but the interior temperature is warmer than my house temp (see photo). I purchased a warranty from SquareTrade (feedback will be on separate thread) and have been struggling for months to get anyone to repair this cooler. Allavino gave me two companies within my geographic location that were on their list of approved service centers. I left multiple messages at one company with absolutely no callbacks (prior to COVID-19). The other company requested I contact Allavino and ask them to take his name off of their list of authorized repair centers! After reaching out to 5 other appliance repair companies with no results, I’m giving up. If you purchase this cooler, good luck finding anyone willing to fix if it breaks!

The fridge is great from a cooling, organizational and noise perspective, but the strong chemical smell has not subsided in over a year in either of my 2 fridges. I have repeatedly wiped them out and even left the doors open all last winter hoping they would air out.
