The fan is VERY loud and comes on every 10 minutes non-stop.
We followed on the instructions in the manual to make sure it was level and had plenty of space. This did not help.

The wine cooler arrived quickly and is working. It is as described. However It is overpriced. I found out other vendors are selling the same unit at half of the price I paid. Buyers beware. The unit is as described but the price is to high for this item.

It is a dandy little wine cooler while it worked. I received it for Christmas last year. However, it only worked for 8 months. Very disappointed.
UPDATE: After 3 weeks of no contact from the company, I tried to call. Their phone number is not accepting calls, but recommends live chat. So I have done that. They want a receipt, but I don’t have one because it was a Christmas gift. They want a video showing that it doesn’t work – yes, I know that sounds a little ridiculous – so I made a video, but it won’t upload to their chat site. I asked for an email that I could send it to. I was able to send myself the video, so I know that will work. They have viewed the video, but still want a receipt. IT WAS A GIFT. I don’t have a receipt. So I guess I have a big piece of JUNK. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
