   Perfect under the counter wine cooler for a perfect price. I love the wooden shelves because the bottles don’t clink. They also slide out and match my cabinets. I also love the dual zone settings for white and red wines. Fast shipping and arrived in perfect condition.

   It looks very nice, just like the photos, and seems well made. The first thing I noticed it the noise: the hum of the compressor is not much louder than a typical fridge, but it is often accompanied by a weird (and shockingly loud) clicking noise when it turns/on off. If it weren’t in my living room, I wouldn’t mind as much. It keeps cool, but can often be 4-5 degrees off (in either direction). My biggest beef, though, is the shelving: works great if you only want bordeaux-sized bottles. But anything else, and things start going awry. The silly part is that there is plenty of room in the height and width of the cabinet to position the shelves for larger bottles, but for some reason they decided not to take advantage of it. I’m eventually going to rebuild the wood shelves. Still, it’s a decent value.

   I have the Lanbo 28 bottle dual temperature cooler. It is 20 months old. It has started making a loud buzzing sound. I cannot find what it is. Checked all the fans and compressor. Does not seem to be them.
   But I have had zero luck contacting Lanbo!!! Be careful ordering one as parts may not be available as well as any customer service. $500 for less than 2 years is not good..

   I’ve had it a couple months and so far so good. Pretty quiet and keeps the wine at a consistent temperature!

   It was perfect while it lasted but like most wine fridges they die. Had an appliance guy out looked at it for 10 mins and said just buy a new one as it’s not worth replacing the compressor.

   He also gave good advice and said NOT to spend a lot of money on wine fridges, even the fancy name brand expensive ones (Viking, Thermador, etc) will basically do the same thing and die after 3-5 years.

   I do recommend getting this one.

   The dual zones work great for me. Perhaps the other reviewer didn’t understand how to program the temperatures, or perhaps the zones were wired incorrectly in their unit. I have had no problems. My reds are perfect temperature and so are the whites. It is a bit noisy, but we only hear it at night if we happen to be sleeping in the living room. Otherwise, we don’t notice it at all. I love that it has a lock on it to keep the toddlers from opening the door. The shelves pull out smoothly also. I shopped around a lot, and for the price, I don’t think this wine fridge can be beat.

   It stopped cooling effectively and was running constantly and not getting close to temperature set point. I believe it had a coolant leak but I have contacted 15 different appliance repair companies and no one will touch it. The customer service is one person in China and they have a fake location listed in California where the phone is never answered.
