The shelf slide system is so poorly designed, when loaded, the shelves hang-up and will not close fully. In addition, the shelves are not sturdy enough to carry the weight of the bottles. When loaded, they sag in the middle, making it impossible to pull-out and slide back the shelves. While the rest of cooler seems to work properly, if you can’t remove or load bottles, the appliance is useless. If I could have, I would have given it no stars.

Do not purchase. Very poor quality that barely holds 98 bottles. Unlike the 133 they say it holds. Door was installed crooked, shelves are plastic noisy etc. You get what you pay for. I’m sorry I didn’t spend a few hundred more.
